Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify potential leads through cold calling and lead generation activities.
- Contact prospective clients via telephone to present TradeJini's product and services.
- Educate clients on the features and benefits of TradeJini's trading platform and financial products.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their investment goals.
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets set by the sales manager.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of financial markets, trading products, and investment strategies is an asset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for tracking and managing leads.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for sales and customer service.
