  1. Prospect and qualify potential leads through cold calling and lead generation activities.
  2. Contact prospective clients via telephone to present TradeJini's product and services.
  3. Educate clients on the features and benefits of TradeJini's trading platform and financial products.
  4. Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their investment goals.
  5. Close sales and achieve monthly targets set by the sales manager.
  6. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  7. Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  8. Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings.
  9. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve collective goals.


  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  2. Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  3. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
  5. Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  6. Knowledge of financial markets, trading products, and investment strategies is an asset.
  7. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for tracking and managing leads.
  8. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for sales and customer service.
  9. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
