Why was an email and SMS sent by the clearing corporation informing about the allocation of funds?

As per SEBI guidelines, stockbrokers like Tradejini must allocate client funds segment-wise with the Clearing Corporation (CC). This ensures that the balance maintained with Tradejini is segregated and allocated segment-wise based on trades and margin utilization. Clearing Corporation (CC) will send emails and SMS to communicate the segment-wise allocation to clients. It’s important to note that clients are not required to take any action.
