| To get a Delivery Instruction Slip (DIS) booklet: |
| Log in to CubePlus Web and click on your User ID. |
| Navigate to Reports and access the back office of Tradejini. |
| Click on the DP option. |
| Choose the last option, “DIS Book Request.” |
| Upon completing these steps, we’ll dispatch the DIS book to your registered address with Tradejini. |

| The first 10 leaves of the DIS book are complimentary. Subsequent sets of 10 leaves will incur a charge of ₹100. |
