I have entered wrong password multiple times and my account seems to have been blocked. How to unblock my CubePlus account?

Step 1:
Visit https://cubeplus.tradejini.com/ on the web or go to the CubePlus App on your mobile.
Step 2:
On the login screen, click on “Forgot Password.”
Step 3:
Fill in the requested details (Tradejini User ID, PAN, DOB) and press Submit.
Step 4:
You will receive a one-time password to your registered email address as well as to your registered mobile number from Tradejini. Example message: “Dear Customer, With reference to your request, login password for your Trading A/C: XXXXXX is reset to xxxxx. Team Tradejini”
Step 5:
After entering this password, the CubePlus Application will prompt you to set a new password.
Note:
The new password cannot be similar to the previous three passwords.
