How can I complete my Re-KYC online?
To complete your Online Re-KYC follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to CubePlus.
Step 2: Locate and click on your User ID logo at the top right corner.
Step 3: Click on "Reports" and you will be directed to our back office (Sparc).
Step 4: Click on Profile, located in the top navigation bar.
Step 5: Within your Profile, under personal profile - on the right hand side, you will find the the link for Online Re-KYC. Press on the link and you will redirected to a secured link where you can select the relevant sections which needs to be updated.
Note - To initiate the process and ensure your information is up-to-date, please follow the steps provided in the online Re-KYC link.
