| To transfer shares from Tradejini to other broker, follow these steps: |
| Log in to CubePlus Web and click on your User ID. |
| Navigate to Reports and access the back office of Tradejini. |
| Click on the DP option. |
| Choose the last option, “DIS Book Request.” |
| Upon completing these steps, we’ll dispatch the DIS book to your registered address with Tradejini, along with your User ID. |
| Now, to initiate the transfer: |
| Fill out the DIS slip offline with details of the other brokers demat account. Latest regulations have put in place additional requirement of Beneficiary registration for all off-market transfers (similar to beneficiary registration in Banks for Funds transfers) along with Stamp duty payment for such transfers with Consideration. |
| Send the completed DIS slip to Tradejini’s office at the following address: |
| Vasavi Square, 2nd Floor, No.75/757, 10th Main Road, 4th Block, Jayanagar, Bangalore – 560011. |
| Please note: |
| The first 10 leaves of the DIS book are complimentary. |
| Subsequent sets of 10 leaves will incur a charge of ₹100. |
