HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE

Role:

  •  Handel complete recruitment process (post jobs, screen resume and schedule interviews)
  •  Draft interview question and conduct level 1 interviews.
  •  Monitor complete on boarding process.
  •  Conduct other Operations of HR (salary, leave report, logins etc).
  •  Monitor and Improve employee retention and turnover rates.
  •  Organinise team events and outings.

Requirement:

  •  Fresher with hunger to excel as HR OR Proven 1 to 2 years of experience as HR executive.
  •  Excellent communication and people skills.
  •  Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  •  Multilingual.
