Role:
- Handel complete recruitment process (post jobs, screen resume and schedule interviews)
- Draft interview question and conduct level 1 interviews.
- Monitor complete on boarding process.
- Conduct other Operations of HR (salary, leave report, logins etc).
- Monitor and Improve employee retention and turnover rates.
- Organinise team events and outings.
- Fresher with hunger to excel as HR OR Proven 1 to 2 years of experience as HR executive.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Multilingual.
