| If you’ve lost access to your TOTP authenticator app on your mobile, don’t worry. Follow these steps to regain control: |
| Attempt Biometric Login: |
| 1. Open your CubePlus App. |
| 2. If you’ve enabled biometric login, TOTP is not required. You can easily log in using your biometrics. If not, proceed to the next step. |
| If Biometric Login is Unavailable: |
| Step 1: Use the TOTP code displayed in your desktop Authenticator app. |
| Step 2: If you can’t access your desktop Authenticator app, click on “Enter OTP” on the CubePlus App to receive an OTP to your registered mobile and email. |
| Step 3: Using the OTP received, you can log in to CubePlus. |
