| Fill the KYC Modification form (Non-Individuals) along with any one of the following Proof of Address: |
| (i) Registration Certificate granted by the Registrar to the LLP under the LLP Act 2008. |
| (ii) Latest Bank statement with the new address. |
| Ensure that authorized persons already registered with Tradejini affix their seal and signature on the form. |
| Submit the same to Tradejini and after verification, the same will be updated. |
