| Enabling 2-Factor Authentication (TOTP) | |
| Step 1 | Download Google Authenticator from the App Store or Play Store. |
| Step 2 | Log in to CubePlus and tap on the “User ID” tab at the bottom right (three dots). |
| Step 3 | Navigate to “Account” and then select “TOTP QR Code.” |
| Step 4 | An OTP will be sent to your registered E-mail ID. Input the OTP and verify. |
| Step 5 | A QR Code will be generated which can be used to scan from the Authenticator app. If scanning does not work, tap on “Copy the Secret Key.” |
| Step 6 | Paste the code or scan the QR code in the Google Authenticator app. |
| Note | By doing this, you have set up the possession-based authentication factor as the first factor of authentication. To set up the second factor of authentication, enable biometric/face ID authentication as well. |
| Completion | Done! You’ve successfully activated 2-Factor Authentication for your CubePlus App. |
