| HUF PAN Card: Make sure it is attested by the karta and affix the HUF seal. |
| HUF Address Proof: Provide a 6-month bank statement with current transactions, attested by the karta, and affix the HUF seal. |
| KARTA PAN Card: Ensure it is attested by the karta. |
| KARTA Address Proof: Submit an address proof attested by the karta. |
| HUF Cancelled Cheque Leaf: Include a cancelled cheque leaf for the HUF. |
