For a NON-KRA Compliant, if the signature does not match with PAN CARD, then a Bank verification form or Driving license or Passport copy having the current signature has to be submitted as a proof. Please attest Passport size photograph in F-1 on P-2 and sign across the photo and form. Please Sign on all boxes numbered from F1 to F30 & do notice the vertical signature column of F22 on P-12.
